What Does This Warranty Cover? Subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty, Home Skinovations Inc. warrants that it will repair or replace the Silk'n Device that accompanies this warranty (the "Device") to the extent that the Device exhibits material defects in materials or workmanship caused by Horne Skinovations Inc.Who Is Entitled To The Protections Of This Warranty?Only you, the original purchaser of the Device are entitled to the protections of this warranty. Home Skinovations Inc. may require that you prove that you are the original purchaser of the Device by having you provide your invoice or receipt from the purchase of the Device.
How Long Does The Coverage Last? This warranty covers claims filed with Horne Skinovations Inc. within one (1) year from the date of the original purchase of the Device. Claims filed after one (1) year from the date of purchase of the Device by you are not covered. Horne Skinovations Inc. may require that you prove the date you purchased the Device by providing an invoice or receipt that specifically lists the date of purchase of the Device. Claims in respect of a repaired or replaced device must be filed with Home Skinovations Inc. within the later of (a) one (1) year from the date of purchase of the original Device by you or (b) ninety (90) days from the date that the HOITie Skinovations Inc. service center ships the repaired or replaced Device back to you.
How Do You Get Warranty Service? In order to obtain warranty service on the Device, go to the customer service section of www.silkn.corn or call the most up to date customer service telephone number (currently 877-367-4556) for assistance. You must obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and an RGA form which will be sent to you before shipping the Device to Home Skinovations Inc. You must also comply with Home Skinovations Inc.'s instructions concerning shipment and the materials that must accompany the Device (such as a copy of the invoice that proves your status as the original purchaser and the date of purchase and the completed RGA form). It is suggested that for your protection you insure your shipment to Horne Skinovations Inc. because damage during shipment to Home Skinovations Inc. is not covered by this warranty. It is also suggested that you ship the Device using a tracking method so that you can ensure that Home Skinovations Inc. has received the Device.SHIPPING CHARGES - You are required to pay for packaging and shipping of the Device to the applicable Horne Skinovations Inc. service center. Home Skinovations Inc. will pay for packaging and shipping of the Device back to you; however if upon receipt, inspection and testing of the Device by Home Skinovations Inc., Horne Skinovations Inc. determines that the Device does not exhibit material defects in materials or workmanship, you will be required to pay for return packaging and shipping back to you.What Does
This Warranty Not Cover? This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse (including use not described in the user manual or instructions accompanying the Device), abuse, lack of reasonable care, the affixing of any attachment not provided with the device, loss of parts, use of unauthorized replacement parts or subjecting the device to anything other than the specified voltage.. This warranty is void if the Device is repaired by anyone other than an authorized Home Skinovations Inc. service center, and Horne Skinovations Inc. will not have any liability for damage resulting from service performed by anyone other than an authorized Home Skinovations Inc. service center.
